l齒輪軟件 Gear Module
Fato Inspect Gear齒輪分析軟件包基于 CAD 建模與分析技術,可通過齒輪等工件參數或 零件模型完成被測工件及齒廓、螺旋線、齒距等被測要素建模,并采用標準DMIS測量程序實現測量路徑規劃,直接驅動坐標測量機完成測量數據采樣。軟件包可按照國際、國內通用行業標準對測量數據進行各項誤差數據評定及曲線繪圖,報告形式與內容符合行業標準與規范,可有效支持企業復雜零件的生產與制造。

l 實現方式 How it's implemented

1:打開軟件,輸入各個相對應齒輪參數,生成 IGS 格式模型
Open the software, enter each corresponding gear parameters, and generate anIGS format model
2:三坐標軟件導入 CAD 模型,建立坐標系
The CAD model is imported into the three-coordinate software and the coordinate system is established
3:起測第一齒高中部左右齒面上分別采點,把兩點實際坐標值輸入到軟件 X Y Z ,左偏置和右偏置后,X 旋轉角度 ,生成 DIMS 程序,旋轉后計算的值在三坐標軟件里生成新坐標系

(1)參數界面 The parameter interface

齒數:輸入工件的實際牙數。
Number of teeth: Enter the actual number of teeth for the work piece.
模數:輸入工件的模數。
Mods: Enter the modules ofthe work piece.
齒寬:輸入工件軸向的寬度。
Tooth width: Enter the width of the axial direction of the work piece.
變為系數:輸入齒輪加工時的變為距除以模數的商。
Change factor: The change distance divided by the modality when entering gear machining.
頂徑:輸入齒頂高系數。
Top diameter: Enter the top height coefficient.
根徑:輸入齒根高系數。
Root diameter: Enter the root height coefficient.
齒類型:分為長齒和短齒, 長齒頂高系數 1,短齒為 0.8,齒頂外徑, 齒根直徑。
Tooth type: divided into long teeth and short teeth, long tooth top height coefficient 1, short tooth is 0.8, tooth top outer diameter, root diameter.
壓力角:工件的齒形角。
Pressure angle: The profile angle of the work piece.
螺旋角:工件沿齒寬方向螺旋面與軸線的夾角
Spiral angle: The angle between the helix surface and the axis of the workman's teeth
測頭名:按照 RationalDMIS ,PCDMIS 程序里的格式輸。

逼近距:測針采點探測所需距離。
Approximate distance: The distance required for pin detection.
回退距:測針采點后退出距離。
Fallback distance: Exit distance after pinpointing.
測量速度:三坐標執行 DMIS 程序時的測量速度。
Measurement speed: The measurement speed at which three coordinates perform the DMIS program.
定位速度:三坐標執行 DMIS 程序時的定位速度。
speed: The positioning speed when the three coordinates execute the DMIS program.
掃描速度:三坐標使用的是掃描測頭時設置。
Scan speed: The three coordinates are set when the head is scanned.
采樣密度:三坐標使用的是掃描測頭時設置。
Sample density: The three coordinates are set when the head is scanned.
齒頂安全距:執行 DMIS 程序時換齒時測針離齒頂的距離退。
Top safety distance: The distance from the top of the tooth is regressed when the tooth change is performed during the DMIS procedure.
軸向安全距:執行 DMIS 程序時測頭需要換角度時離齒輪上端面的距離。
Pivot safety distance: The distance from the end face of the gear when the head needs to be changed when performing the DMIS procedure.
B 角(度):B 角(度)7.5,指的是測頭需要換角度時,B 角需要旋轉最小角度。
B angle (degrees): B angle (degrees) 7.5, which means that when the head needs to change the angle, the B angle needs to rotate the minimum angle.
A 角(度): 為了保證測量過程中測針不干涉,A 角必須設置一個角度。

測量項目:齒形,齒向,齒距,根據測量需要進行選擇。

測量齒號:根據需要均分測量 1-16 個齒,也個連續測量一些齒。

測量位置設置:起測,終測,起評,終評可以自動計算,也可以手動輸入。

齒形周節沿齒寬高度:指齒形周節沿齒寬高度方向的測量位置可設置,默認齒寬中部。
Toothed d'aient section along the tooth width height: refers to the profiled perseth along the tooth width height direction of the measuring position can be set, the default tooth width center.
齒向周節沿齒高展長:指齒向周節沿齒高展長方向的測量位置可設置,默認是齒輪的分度圓。 The directional perseferity is extended along the tooth: the measuring position of the
tooth-to-the-week section along the long-term direction of the tooth spread can be set, and the default is the division circle of the gear.
齒形點數:根據需要可設置齒形測量的點數。
Profile points: The number of profile measurements can be set as needed.
齒向點數:根據需要可設置齒向測量的點數。
Tooth points: The number of points for the tooth measurement can be set as needed.
